We have developed the Purpose Charter Journey as an immersive and paradigm shifting process that support leaders in bringing clarity, alignment and developing a pragmatic roadmap to create the conditions for the enterprise to express a stewardship mindset of holding its purpose with intent.
How It Works
We guide you through exercises and activities to discover the deep purpose, locating the ecology of place and roles, and aligning your business strategy (both operations and growth) to affect the purpose grounded in values. And from there flows through focusing energy on in terms of how we will change and looking at relationships, looking at how we are connected.
Through this engagement, we explore purpose, culture, governance and participation from the perspective of building the enterprise as a living, breathing organism (which is how we exist in nature). What we discover will create the conditions and activate the potential for the bylaws, ownership model and operational procedures to embody the values and intentions revealed for the enterprise.
There are four stages of the Purpose Charter Journey:
