Learn how to braid integrated capital for systems change!
"I have been in several trainings and cohorts related to integrated capital, and this game was by far one of the most effective, creative, and entertaining ways to transfer knowledge about what a stack is, how to create one, and the challenges and opportunities in the real world."

What is Waystack Navigator?
1
The Waystack Navigator card deck is designed to facilitate an immersive, improv-style workshop where you find your way through an integrated capital stack by stepping into a role, moving through a simulated deal, and discover through the live mess of negotiation how braiding integrated capital actually works and who sits at the table.
Who is this for?
2
For funders, community-based organizations, lenders, executive directors, board members, impact investors - anyone who wants to understand how the pieces fit together in creative financing for capital that cares.
How does it work?
3
Through three acts of discovery, structuring and negotiation, you'll discover why braided capital is less about instruments and more about relationship, sequencing, and power. You'll feel where the system gets stuck. You'll see what unlocks it. And you'll unpack what you learned together before you leave.
How can I play?
